Groups

Monopole is a new art space in Schiedam. Experience eye-catching and immersive art installations by international artists in the very first exhibition, Silence and The Presence of Everything. Groups are welcome for a guided tour, a school visit, or an independent group visit.

Tour

Discover the Monopole with your friends, family, or colleagues. For groups we offer a tour of approximately an hour. During this tour, you will explore the history of Monopole and the artworks together with an experienced museum educator. The tour can also be combined with a visit to the Stedelijk Museum Schiedam, located directly opposite the Monopole.

• Number of participants: maximum of 15 people.
• Duration: approximately an hour
• When: during the Monopole’s regular opening hours
• Cost: €95 per tour, excluding Monopole entrance fee

School Visits

At the Monopole there is a lot for pupils and students to discover and experience. Feel a storm within the walls of the building, admire a sunbeam that shines forever, or study a man trying to turn the Earth upside down on the North Pole. At the Monopole you see, listen to, and experience art and nature in a new and surprising way.
